Green Chimeys is the debut album of Cleveland Watkiss. With the first song on the record, which also became the title of the album, he delivers the lyrics to Thelonious Monk's classic.The album is consistently jazz and features Watkiss's beautiful, buttery-soft voice like no other of his albums. He himself states that this album was about capturing the collaboration with the various artists with whom he worked on various projects at the time.
