UFO is a British hardrock band that had their greatest successes in the mid 70s. During this time the former Scorpions member Michael Schenker was part of the band and played lead guitar.
The band is seen as a link between hard rock and heavy metal and had a strong influence on the metal scene of the 80s and 90s.
